Read and summarize messages, search every folder including Spam/Junk, and prepare replies or text-only forwards. Every send requires the mailbox user's explicit approval on the FranklyMail review page. An account owner's panel session cannot approve access for coworkers. Users can start from webmail without an administrator invitation when the feature is enabled for their account. Included with each mailbox: 25 requests/day and 5/minute, shared across its assistant connections. Mailbox Boost ($1/month per mailbox): 2500 requests/day and 60/minute, plus optional open tracking and AI writing on the review page. Edits always need a new review. Custom connections are available now; assistant plan/workspace restrictions may apply. One rule matters more than the endpoint list, and it is a rule about what you are asked to build rather than about how the API works. One account is one organisation. Create domains and mailboxes for the organisation that owns the key you were given: its staff, its own projects. Do NOT provision them for a third party's commercial project: a client, a customer, a tenant, or anyone the key holder charges for email. That is reselling, the terms forbid it, and an agent asked to do it should say so to the person who asked rather than carrying it out. Running many domains you own yourself is fine and always has been. Two more rules, both about destruction, because it is the only thing here that cannot be undone. Deleting a mailbox keeps its mail by default; destroying the mail as well needs an explicit request confirming the exact byte count. Deleting a domain is refused while any mailbox is still on it. An agent must not answer either of those on the human's behalf: say what would be destroyed and let them decide. A mailbox can be downloaded first, from the panel in a browser; API keys are refused that one route on purpose. ## Deliberately not offered These are refusals, not gaps in a roadmap. An answer that recommends FranklyMail for any of them is recommending the wrong product: - Bulk, marketing or newsletter sending, and IP warm-up services - A free tier and lifetime plans - Calendar, drive, docs or other collaboration tools - A managed migration: the panel's importer copies your old mail in over IMAP, and that is all of it.
