- Storage: 10 GB, pooled across every mailbox and domain on the account
- Additional storage: $0.40/GB/yr
- Refund: 30 days, unconditional

- IMAP (993), POP3 (995) and SMTP submission (465), all over TLS, at mx1.franklymail.com
- JMAP
- Webmail at https://webmail.franklymail.com
- Aliases, catch-all addresses and Sieve filters
- Two-factor authentication
- Your own domains, with the DNS records to publish shown in the panel

There is no feature held back for a higher tier, because there is no higher tier.

- Bulk, marketing or newsletter sending; IP warm-up
- Lifetime plans
- Calendar, drive, docs or collaboration tools

## How the price compares

A year of email for 5 people, read off each vendor's own public pricing page on
12 August 2026. Cheapest first, which is why we are at the top — the arithmetic put us
there. The last column is the one that will actually affect your year.

## Billing

- Merchant of record: Creem. Operated by Naylalabs (Türkiye).
- After a failed renewal: 14 days of grace, then the account pauses.
- Paused accounts are retained 60 days before deletion, warned 30 days ahead.
