Your FranklyMail contacts on iPhone
Connect your address book once. Changes sync between iPhone and webmail.
Have your full mailbox email address ready. In webmail, open Settings → Security and create a device password for your iPhone.
Open Settings → Apps → Contacts → Contacts Accounts → Add Account.
On iOS 17 or earlier, start at Settings → Contacts → Accounts.
Choose Other (or Add Other Account), then Add CardDAV Account.
Enter cal.franklymail.com as Server, your full mailbox address as User Name, and your device password as Password.
Use FranklyMail as Description. Your FranklyMail dashboard sign-in password is a separate credential.
Tap Next, then Save. Keep Contacts enabled if the switch appears.
Open Contacts → Lists and select FranklyMail to see the synced address book.
Edits and deletions sync both ways. Existing iCloud or Google contacts stay in their original account until you copy them.
The account does not verify
Check the complete email address and device password. If advanced settings are shown, use SSL and port 443. The full CardDAV URL is https://cal.franklymail.com/dav/card/. Do not continue with an insecure connection. If it still fails, contact support with the error message, without your password.
